Counselors and, if available, one STEM mentor join teams for short feedback rounds on concept directions and pathway messaging. Students ask whether their ideas accurately show course pathways, represent overlooked STEM roles, and address access barriers for students at school. Teams capture feedback on a tuning protocol sheet, then revise their criteria list and concept ranking before making a final selection.
