Students sort mentor interview quotes, survey notes, middle school access reflections, and career research evidence onto color-coded sticky notes in teams. They cluster patterns such as barriers, motivations, misconceptions, and school experiences, then label each cluster with a short evidence-based claim. Teams produce one shared affinity map and a 4-sentence synthesis summary using direct evidence.
