📝 Solution Development Report

Teams test their prototype in a short review round with classmates and invited Equitas counselors or student leaders, then document how the design changed. The report includes a photo or sketch of version 1, testing notes, feedback from peers and at least one outside reviewer, a revised version, and a brief explanation of how specific changes improve help-seeking, confidence, or belonging. Students prepare this as a one-page visual report or two-slide digital summary.
