Teams draft a build plan for their transition support corner element, such as a labeled campus map, trusted-adult help guide, calming tool set, or peer advice card organizer. They create a quick sketch, list materials like sentence strips, markers, icons, folders, and clipboards, assign roles, and sequence the work steps for the next two sessions. Team agreements include how they will make decisions, share materials, and check accuracy with counselor and student leader information.
