📝 Challenge Definition

Using evidence from the mystery walk, student leader quotes, and counselor input, students draft a short written explanation of the transition challenge, who it affects, and why it matters at Equitas Academy. They include at least three pieces of evidence from multiple perspectives and end with one clear “How can we…, so that…” challenge question connected to the support corner and help guide. Students also complete the End User Overview and Inquiry Questions in the same project packet so all three launch deliverables are ready for Phase 2 research.
