Students will launch the flag inquiry by hunting for patterns in selected 2026 World Cup country flags, building a shared chart about colors, shapes, symbols, unity, and welcome, and generating simple investigation questions they will study in the next phase.

Students will compare selected 2026 World Cup country flags, ask investigable questions about colors and symbols, and create a simple evidence-collection plan they can use to make accurate observations and explain patterns of unity and welcome.

Students will present their finished paper flag museum pieces and recorded or picture-supported explanations during a classroom Unity Parade of Flags, gather simple visitor and peer feedback in a gallery walk, and make one final revision that strengthens how their work shows welcome, respect, and evidence from flag observations.
