🗂️ Evidence Box Recording Plan

Students learn a just-in-time method for recording trustworthy evidence using a picture-note planner with boxes for country name, colors, shapes, symbols, and what the flag might communicate. In small groups, they test the planner on one sample flag, compare whether the boxes helped them capture enough evidence, and add simple icons or labels to improve clarity. Then each student drafts a personal investigation plan for the flags they will study.
