✅ Investigation Plan Gate

Teams participate in a protocolized methodology review with another team and the teacher, using the project rubric to test whether the plan is focused, feasible, and evidence-driven. Each team gives feedback to 2 peers across the review rotation, receives feedback, revises the plan, and submits a final version for approval to move into Phase 3. Students close with a brief reflection journal entry on the strongest part of their plan and one limitation they still need to monitor.
