🧭 Evidence Sorting With Community Sources

Students revisit their investigation notebooks, museum object notes, library texts, artifact sketches, and interview notes to sort evidence into shared categories: geography, customs, language, daily life, resources, goods/services, fairness, and environment. The teacher models how to place one source detail into the correct category and how to mark unclear evidence with a question sticky. Each small group builds a color-coded evidence board that will be used in later chart and claim work.
