🗂️ Implementation and Data Collection Plan

Teams prepare a one-page test plan for their chosen design using their existing prototype, feedback log, and success criteria from earlier phases. They name one measurable goal, identify 2-3 signs of success, choose tools such as tally sheets, stopwatch timing, photo/video evidence, coordinate-check notes, or short user response forms, and assign team roles for implementation. Each team also completes a quick peer review by giving feedback to 2 peers, receiving feedback, and revising the plan before testing.
