👀 Rain Tray Pattern Talk

Students gather around teacher-made farm trays with bare soil, grass, and mulch. The teacher pours the same cup of water on each tray while students point, talk, and act out where the soil moved. Adults scribe children’s oral observations on chart paper using picture icons for water, soil, plants, and crops.
