Students use sentence strips, evidence cards, and a four-part empathy map to organize what their user group needs, feels, says, and struggles with. They add a separate section for assumptions and questions still to verify so they can separate guesses from evidence. Small groups then compare maps, give feedback to 2 peers, receive feedback, and revise their own maps with clearer evidence labels.
