Teams complete a short milestone conference in which they present their How Might We statement, revised design brief, and a measurable success criteria list for readability, scientific accuracy, and audience appeal. The teacher and a Hawken US faculty member review whether the brief is evidence-based and ready to guide prototyping. Teams that do not yet meet the gate revise during the conference and resubmit the same day.
