Students transfer interview notes, survey tallies, and quotes onto a shared empathy board using categories for prior knowledge, confusion points, engaging features, and support needs. They create persona snapshots and draft evidence-based need statements for comic readers. Midway through the work, students give feedback to 2 peers, receive feedback, and revise their empathy artifacts for specificity and evidence quality.
