Submission Required
Students closely compare selected scenes from a Shakespeare play, an American drama, and notes from the live play they saw, using annotation codes for character, conflict, structure, staging, and audience effect. The class builds a shared chart of how each work interprets political or social tension through performance choices. Students leave with model techniques they may adapt in their own 2008 election scenes.
