🔁 Policy Feedback Carousel

Students rotate through draft bills, debate briefs, and policy posters, giving feedback to 2 peers, receiving feedback, and revising. Sticky-note comments must address evidence quality, citation clarity, logical gaps, audience impact, and alignment to freedom, equality, and safety; teams then sort comments into revise now, revise later, and reject with reason. The class closes with the required roundtable reflection naming one policy idea that changed, one evidence source that strengthened thinking, and one remaining question about freedom, equality, and safety.
