Each team gives a concise oral defense using claim-evidence-reasoning, answers audience questions about freedom, equality, safety, and governmental authority, and collects written feedback on feasibility, evidence strength, and community impact. Audience members leave comments on feedback cards tied to the bill’s defined terms, supporting evidence, and proposed actions.
