Using grid paper, sticky notes, colored pencils, and simple icon cards, teams create at least two low-tech concept sets for the affinity space, including a floor-plan draft and one additional artifact such as a quiet-corner sketch, advocacy sign, or communication tool. Students then give feedback to 2 peers, receive feedback, and revise by checking whether each concept clearly responds to evidence from peers, counselors, or learning specialists. The class closes with a short comparison protocol to identify which ideas are most welcoming, practical, and mission-aligned.
