Students rotate through hands-on stations for seating, lighting, sound, signage, and communication supports with support from counselors and learning specialists. In pairs, they record quick observation notes, draw an empathy map, and sort evidence into comfort, communication, and access categories using sticky notes or icons. The class closes by identifying patterns that can guide the next phase’s problem statements.
