📝 GDS Problem Statement Card

Each team drafts a one- or two-sentence problem statement on a large index card using the pattern: specific users + setting + need + evidence. Teams post their cards, give feedback to 2 peers, receive feedback, and revise for clarity, mission alignment, and actionability. The final card must cite evidence from peers, counselors, learning specialists, alumni, or affinity leaders and will serve as the gate to move into idea generation.
