Students revisit observation notes, interview quotes, and visual empathy maps from Phase 1, then sort evidence into color-coded groups such as comfort, communication, belonging, and access. In mixed-age small groups, they use sticky notes and a shared chart to name repeated needs and connect each cluster to one school-specific value or artifact from GDS. The class closes by identifying which needs are backed by the strongest firsthand evidence.
