✅ Concept Choice Board

Students use a decision matrix to compare their revised concepts against criteria: cultural authenticity, user need, affordability, menu clarity, and market appeal. They select one concept to carry into drafting and complete a one-page concept choice board with a rough price estimate for 2 menu items, a short bilingual description, and evidence from research or interviews that justifies the choice. This acts as the milestone gate before students begin building the first draft.
