In pairs, students practice a short oral map talk while pointing to coastlines, hills, valleys, trails, or water features on their poster. Partners use a simple checklist to note whether the speaker names a feature, explains how it changes travel or recreation, and points clearly on the map; then students switch roles, revise their wording, and try again. Class ends with a brief revision round where each student improves one part of the poster or talk using peer, teacher, or ranger feedback already collected.
