In teams, students create a first visible prototype of their student advisory board action plan on chart paper or slides using their issue evidence, meeting role sheets, and recommendation notes. Midway through, each student gives feedback to 2 peers, receives feedback, and revises using a feedback form focused on clarity, feasibility, and audience fit. Teams end by adding a brief weekly reflection slip to the portfolio that records how roles, clarifying questions, and group decisions helped or slowed the draft process.
