📝 Hypothesis

Each team writes a testable 'If..., then...' prediction for the design change they plan to try in their runoff model or service concept. The statement names one measurable or observable result, such as reduced oil spread, less floating trash reaching the drain, or clearer monitoring data from a neighborhood test setup. Teams use prior case data and chemistry evidence to justify why the predicted change should happen.
