Teams study at least one runoff model, monitoring tool, filter concept, or service campaign example from environmental design sources and partner materials. They annotate what makes the exemplar effective for a real audience, then generate original sketches that adapt useful features without copying. Students cite which features respond to neighborhood pollution patterns and material structure evidence from earlier phases.
