👥 End User Overview

Students use a simple empathy map and stakeholder cards to identify the end user most directly affected by stormwater pollution or by a future solution, such as families near the river, residents near drains, or community science volunteers. They describe user needs, values, and preferred ways to be reached, then note the impact they hope a solution could have. This artifact sets up later interviews and proposal decisions.
