🧩 Challenge Definition

Students synthesize evidence from the simulation debrief, CTA fare information, and teen cost perspective notes to write a concise challenge statement. In the same work block, they complete the End User Overview by naming a specific Chicago teen audience, listing likely needs or values, and describing the intended impact, then draft 3–5 Inquiry Questions that are narrow enough to investigate in the next phase. Before submitting, students give feedback to 2 peers, receive feedback on clarity and evidence, and revise all three artifacts so the final Challenge Definition ends with a clear "How can we..., so that..." question.
