Teams turn their Phase 3 prototype into a short test plan using a planning template, map screenshot, interview questions, tally sheet, and media checklist. They define one measurable success goal, choose 2-3 indicators such as user comments, feature use, route clarity, or preference counts, and decide how they will gather evidence through observation, short interviews, photos, video, or annotated feedback notes. The teacher conferences with each team to approve that the plan is realistic, safe, and tied to the neighborhood challenge before testing begins.
