👥 End User Overview

Students identify the people most directly affected by their challenge and create a brief user profile using a template with needs, values, routines, barriers, and access points. They distinguish end users from the client and connect the profile to real stakeholder perspectives from class materials. Students note the impact they hope their future solution will have and where they might reach these users.
