🧠 Empathy Map Design Assumptions

Teams sort interview notes and measurement evidence into a large empathy map with sections for what users say, need, avoid, and notice in the space. Each team drafts 3 initial design assumptions and a first planning sketch, then gives feedback to 2 peers, receives feedback, and revises using sentence stems focused on area use, traffic flow, safety, and welcome. The final two minutes are used for a design log naming one change made because of peer or partner evidence.
