Teams present their final question, hypothesis, survey, interview protocol, consent language, sampling plan, and evidence-quality checklist in a brief approval meeting with the teacher. They must defend how their design reduces bias, protects participants, and will produce usable evidence for later analysis. Approved teams are cleared to begin field data collection in the next phase; teams needing revision receive targeted fixes and resubmit.
