CHIRLA staff join by panel or live visit to review student questions and discuss what makes an interview or community observation ethical, useful, and respectful. Students test their draft interview and observation questions, listen for which questions would surface credible evidence, and revise their plan with one glow and one grow from peers or the guest. They capture partner advice in their research notebook for use in the next phase.
