Students conduct structured interviews with CHIRLA staff or approved story sources using their prewritten question sets and consent procedures. One student leads questioning, one captures notes in the research notebook, and one tracks follow-up questions and possible pattern matches. Teams end by flagging statements that need verification or additional sourcing before claims are made.
