✅ Design Brief Checkpoint Conference

Teams meet with the teacher for a short conference to explain their draft design brief and show how their criteria came from user evidence. Before the conference, students give feedback to 2 peers, receive feedback, and revise the brief; after the conference, they make final edits and record one next step for Phase 3.
