Students review empathy maps, observation notes, and sample feedback from Phase 2 to write one team How Might We statement and list key criteria and constraints for a fair CTE dress code. The teacher models how to connect user needs to design language, then teams sort sticky notes into safety, fairness, professionalism, and SkillsUSA categories. Each team leaves with a posted design brief that will guide prototype choices.
