Each team presents its design brief, empathy findings, and How Might We statement in a short checkpoint conference. The teacher reviews whether the team has enough user evidence, accurate historical grounding, and a realistic direction for Phase 3 concept generation. Teams that do not yet meet the gate criteria revise during the period and resubmit before moving on.
