✅ Prototype Readiness Check

Teams complete a final internal run-through of their playable kit and present a brief readiness check to the teacher. They must show the revised rules, character system, maps or cards, and designer guide elements while justifying how feedback from peers and the community tester changed the product. This milestone determines whether the team is ready to move into the festival phase or needs targeted fixes first.
