Using their focus board, teams revise the playable prototype components most likely to affect the next user test. Students edit rulebook pages for clarity, rebalance mechanics, tighten branching encounter language, and improve visual communication on maps, cards, and character sheets. Each team leaves a visible revision trail with version labels and short notes explaining why each change was made.
