✅ Evidence portfolio checkpoint

Students submit a phase evidence portfolio containing their evidence log, two source summaries, stakeholder map, and confirming/challenging evidence sort. The teacher reviews for source variety, credibility analysis, and readiness to move into argument construction. Students who do not yet meet the benchmark use targeted revision notes before the next phase.
