✅ Proposal Defense Readiness Check

Students complete a timed rehearsal of their near-final presentation and submit the revised proposal brief, slide deck, and source list for a milestone review. The teacher uses a rubric-aligned checklist to verify that claims, evidence, citations, counterargument, and speaking readiness meet showcase expectations. Students who do not yet meet the bar receive one targeted revision requirement before Phase 7.
