💬 Proposal Critique Protocol

In triads, students present a 2-minute version of their proposal brief, then give feedback to 2 peers, receive feedback, and revise notes using a critique form. Feedback must target one logical gap, one weak warrant, one source credibility question, and one strength in the argument. Students end by writing a revision plan that names the exact slide, paragraph, or evidence move they will improve.
