✅ Proposal Brief Milestone

Students submit a revised proposal brief for a milestone review. The teacher checks whether each student has a defensible argument structure, credible evidence, and a fair counterargument-rebuttal before they move into rehearsal and presentation work in the next phase. Students who do not yet meet the benchmark use targeted revision notes for continued support.
