💬 Two-Peer Logic Check

Students exchange proposal briefs in a structured critique round focused on logical gaps, unsupported claims, weak warrants, and strawman rebuttals. Each student gives feedback to 2 peers, receives feedback from peers, and revises their own draft using a comment tracker. Feedback must point to one strength, one missing link in reasoning, and one place where stronger evidence or clearer stakeholder analysis is needed.
