🔗 Evidence-to-Warrant Moves

Students practice turning quotes, local data, and testimonial evidence into CER-style reasoning using sentence frames and color-coding. They compare a strong warrant with a weak one, then write at least three evidence-to-warrant links for their own proposal brief using one data source and two testimonial or informational sources. This just-in-time writing session focuses on how evidence proves a claim instead of merely appearing beside it.
