🧭 CER Frames for Community Claims

Students practice building a Claim-Evidence-Reasoning paragraph using a model about a local issue and a mini-lesson on warrants, counterclaims, and precise wording. They analyze why some reasons are too general or rely on emotion instead of support, then revise sample claims to be arguable and specific. Students create a planning frame for their own initial position paragraph.
