📚 Privilege and Stakeholder Sort

Using short Madera-based scenarios, local headlines, and stakeholder cards, students sort people and groups into categories such as most affected, formal decision-maker, indirect influence, and missing from the conversation. The teacher models how to distinguish lived impact from institutional authority and how to avoid unsupported assumptions. Students annotate each card with evidence-based reasoning about who holds power and why.
