📝 Pricing Sheet and Data Log Setup

Students build the first version of their team’s evidence system using a pricing sheet template, a calculation log, and a table for before-and-after competitor prices. They set column headings for product, unit rate, markup, discount, tax, commission, final price, and notes on assumptions. Teams also add a space to flag errors and anomalies they may need to revisit in the next phase.
