🧠 User Needs Pattern Sort

Students revisit empathy notes, tour notes, and class observations from the Guthrie Opportunity Center and Lexington Recycle Center learning experiences. In teams, they sort evidence cards into categories such as confusion, helpful signs, hard-to-sort items, and reuse ideas, then name 2-3 patterns they notice. The class records a shared chart of what people need from a better recycling system.
