🧭 Observation Circle and Evidence Sort

Students begin with a partner talk and whole-group circle to share one Bernheim observation, one question, and one way their thinking about survival changed. Then small groups sort field notes, sketches, and tally marks into evidence categories: habitat conditions, traits, animal groups, and survival clues. Students flag one note that needs checking because it is incomplete, surprising, or does not match another observation.
